Hello and welcome! I am the Project Director for the Civil War Governors of Kentucky Digital Documentary Edition at the Kentucky Historical Society. At KHS, I direct the growing CWGK database, manage the editorial team, and collaborate with local, state, and national partners.  My own research focuses on the cultural and social experiences of Nineteenth Century Americans, particularly in and around the Civil War Era. Throughout this site, you can learn more about my research and teaching experiences.
